“Our experience with Colette has been extremely beneficial for our son. We are so surprised he is now able to relax and to engage with Mindfulness for 45 minutes. This means a lot to our child as he has suffered from anxiety and difficulties with attention span. He seems much calmer now. He finds going to sleep much easier at night and he seems to be able to relax much better through the day. All the work he does with Colette has been amazing and he is a much happier boy as a result, less fearful. Two sessions a week is great and we hope, little by little, he integrates his mindfulness skills to his daily life.”
